This email letter from Mr. Vitor Gaspar and admitted as accounting and auditing department Africa Development Bank (ADB) Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. I do not know him and never touch before, but suddenly she sent an email to me that I get the funds 40% of the $ 8.3 million belonged to someone who died in an accident in 1996. Money is never claimed by their families, does it make sense? and so does not get in the logic of common sense. here's the letter:
