This letter tends to acknowledged the receipt of your mail received in regards to your abandoned consignment here at the Boston Logan Airport and i also wish to sincerely apologized for my late response as we have been on a field work on inspection and do not have much time here as we have so many works on our hands now.

Meanwhile as i said before, the only thing we need to do right now is to procure the non-inspection receipt at a cost of USD$1,850 only which i will be responsible for the payment of the half of the fee while you the beneficiary will pay half to speed up the delivery process as we will be leaving to MONTREAL CANADA for another inspection by Wednesday this week.

However there is noting to worry about now as me and my colleagues have deliberated, discussed and have concluded to help you get your trunks if only you will be ready to work with me and you will receive your trunks in the next couple of days because there is noting much needed to get your consignment out of here.

As i said in my previous mail, the diplomat who abandoned your consignment here did not know the real content of the consignment because the sender did not disclose it to the diplomat and the diplomat find it difficult to pay for the Non-Inspection fee which is a compulsory fee before your consignment will be released to you.

Further investigation also reveals that many customs officials here have tried so many ways to move your consignment out of here to their own destination but was halted due to the fact that the consignment and all the legal documents covering your consignment are all in your name and cannot be changed, So this was the major reason we were called here to ascertain the real owner of the consignment.

Now that you have agreed to give me 40% of the fund,i will arrange for the boxes to be moved out of this Airport to your address, once we are through I will deploy the services of a secured shipping Company geared to provide the security it needs to your doorstep but first of all, we have to pay for the Non-inspection fee as it is compulsory here, i will be responsible for the 40% of the fee while you get 60% of the fee, once this is done i will move the consignment out of the airport the same day.

If i receive your mail and you agree to work with me, i will detail you more and let you know the delivery plan and when you will be expecting your consignment.

Meanwhile attached documents here are my working identification, the photographic view of the trunks boxes during our inspection, the sealed envelop containing all the legal documents in your name, So download them carefully and do reconfirm to me immediately your current address or work address where you wish to receive your consignment, your identification, your reachable mobile line, your occupation and age.

 These information are very important to me to avoid you changing from our initial agreement after you receive your fund.
