I got your email but i am sorry i couldn't get back to you until now due to the need to resolve this problem. This is my number +233 230 847 050, but Like i mentioned in my first email i was not paid what i was promised but i can understand your position and honestly hope we can have an understanding because i know that it is difficult for someone to completely trust someone else, especially over the internet where its use has been greatly abused by so many crooks out there, especially when money is being discussed.
I have done my part to solve your payment and the ATM card is ready to be dispatched but i am unable to send such item through regular mail i can only send through a register courier and that will cost you $371 including the security stamp order . They refuse to deliver on C.O.D . You will have to handle this charge.
